Title: CRM Specialist, NYRA Bets

Job Overview:
The CRM Specialist, NYRA Bets will be responsible for managing and optimizing customer relationship management initiatives to drive player engagement, retention, and lifetime value. This role will focus on leveraging CRM tools and data to identify growth opportunities, improve customer journeys, and collaborate with product and technology teams to enhance platform capabilities. The ideal candidate will combine analytical skills with a passion for customer experience and innovation.
Essential Functions:
Manage day-to-day CRM operations, including campaign setup, segmentation, and performance tracking.
Develop and execute personalized marketing campaigns across email, push notifications, and other channels using CRM platforms (e.g., Optimove).
Analyze customer data to identify trends, growth opportunities, and areas for improved engagement.
Collaborate with Product and Technology teams to recommend and implement enhancements that improve customer experience and CRM functionality.
Partner with Marketing and VIP teams to create targeted strategies for high-value players.
Monitor and report on CRM KPIs, including retention, activation, and churn metrics.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements for all CRM communications.
Stay current on CRM best practices and emerging technologies to drive innovation.
Support integration of new tools and features that enhance personalization and automation.
Assist in A/B testing and optimization of messaging, timing, and segmentation strategies.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in marketing, business, data analytics, or related field.
Experience: 2–4 years in CRM, marketing automation, or customer engagement roles.
Other Requirements: Experience working with cross-functional teams and technology-driven projects.
Preferred Skills:
Strong understanding of CRM platforms and marketing automation tools.
Analytical mindset with experience in data interpretation and reporting.
Excellent communication and project management skills.
Familiarity with SQL, data visualization tools, and customer analytics preferred.
Knowledge of horse racing or sports betting is a plus.
Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint.

This role is primarily in an office setting and will require regular use of keyboard, mouse and computer screen.
Pay Range / Salary: $58,125.00 - $87,187.50
