Job Overview:
Seasoned individual contributor, who works independently with minimal supervision. Helps establish and implement projects, programs, and processes in support of the organization's overall Creative Design strategy. Applies advanced knowledge of creative design to establish best of class policies, procedures, and plans for the area. Responsible for the visual branding of company public image, products, and promotional material across a variety of digital and print media.
The Branded Content Editor is responsible for shaping and elevating sponsored and brand-driven storytelling across digital, social, and video platforms. This role blends editorial judgment with marketing strategy to ensure all branded content feels authentic, engaging, and aligned with both the brand voice and audience expectations.
Essential Functions:
• Works independently under limited supervision to execute tasks for the Creative Design team, exercising a high level of decision making to effectively resolve problems and roadblocks as they occur.
• Leads the execution of creative projects, ensuring adherence to branding guidelines and timelines.
• Works closely with marketing, product, and communications teams to create compelling visual storytelling.
• Evaluates creative assets for effectiveness, making recommendations for continuous improvement.
• Maintains expertise in design tools and software, adopting new technologies and methodologies as needed.
• Manages multiple design projects simultaneously, balancing priorities and meeting deadlines.
• Coaches more junior colleagues in techniques, processes, and responsibilities.
• Design and produce branded content across static formats (social graphics, digital ads, carousels, web assets) and video (short-form, long-form, motion graphics)
• Edit video content for social, web, and marketing campaigns, including cutting footage, adding motion graphics, sound design, and color correction
• Collaborate with content editors, marketers, and producers to translate creative concepts into polished visual assets
• Develop visual systems and templates for branded campaigns to ensure consistency across deliverables
• Execute platform-specific creative tailored to Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and other digital channels
• Incorporate brand guidelines, typography, color, and visual identity into all assets while adapting to different client styles
• Participate in pre-production planning, including storyboarding and shot planning for video shoots
• Manage post-production workflows, including revisions, versioning, and final delivery of assets
• Stay current on design trends, social video formats, and emerging creative tools
• Ensure all content meets quality standards, deadlines, and technical specifications

Knowledge of thoroughbred racing is a plus, though not mandatory
Summary of Physical Requirements and Work Environment:
The position is primarily sedentary, involving continuous sitting with occasional walking, standing, bending, and light lifting (up to 10 lbs). It requires fine hand manipulation and use of computers or similar devices. The role does not involve exposure to outdoor elements, hazardous conditions, or heavy physical demands. Minimal travel to other track locations (e.g., Saratoga) may be required.
Pay Range / Salary: $90,000-$102,500
