Job Overview:
Performs tasks and oversees processes and project components for the Brand Marketing function under limited supervision, ensuring work is aligned to organizational standards, brand strategy, and marketing objectives. Responsible for managing and executing brand marketing activities that support the organization’s overall brand positioning, consumer engagement, and market presence.
Essential Functions:
Serve as the on-screen personality for social media content, appearing in videos, interviews, and live segments across platforms
Act as the in-venue host on live event days, energizing the crowd, delivering announcements, and guiding the fan experience
Create engaging, personality-driven content that aligns with brand voice and drives audience growth and engagement
Collaborate with the social, content, and marketing teams to plan, script, and execute video concepts
Conduct interviews with guests, talent, and attendees, both pre-produced and live
Identify and capitalize on real-time social trends to create timely, relevant content
Represent the brand authentically on and off camera, maintaining a consistent and professional presence
Assist in content ideation and brainstorming sessions, bringing creative concepts to life
Work closely with production teams to ensure high-quality execution of all on-camera content
Maintain a strong understanding of platform best practices (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.) and adapt performance style accordingly
Engage with fans in-person during events and digitally across social platforms to build community
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field
Preferred Skills:
Strong on-camera presence with the ability to communicate confidently, naturally, and with high energy
Experience hosting live events, emceeing, or performing in front of large crowds
Proven ability to create engaging social-first video content (TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts)
Excellent improvisation skills and comfort thinking on your feet in fast-paced, live environments
Strong interviewing skills with the ability to connect with a wide range of personalities
Deep understanding of social media trends, platform nuances, and audience behavior
Creative storytelling ability with a strong sense of timing, tone, and humor
Knowledge of thoroughbred racing is a plus, though not mandatory
Summary of Physical Requirements and Work Environment:
This person will be walking around on the track, interviewing, continuous walking outdoors, and working indoors on a computer.
Pay Range / Salary: $75,000-$81,500
