Title: Digital Marketing Specialist

Employee Status: Regular Full Time

Work From Home Option: Hybrid - 2 Days/Week (40% Remote)

FLSA Status: Non-Exempt

Job Overview:

The Digital Marketing Specialist is responsible for planning, executing, optimizing, and reporting on paid digital advertising campaigns across multiple platforms. This role focuses on driving measurable results such as traffic, leads, conversions, and revenue while efficiently managing budgets and continuously improving performance. This position will work with the company’s third party media agency to implement campaigns. This role will also assist with other digital marketing tasks related to email, web, sms and app.

Essential Functions:

• Follows established guidelines to complete various tasks for the Brand Marketing team
under close supervision.
• Assists in the execution of brand marketing campaigns by supporting the development of
promotional materials and content.
• Conducts basic market research and gathers consumer insights to support brand
positioning and messaging.
• Helps maintain brand consistency across different media channels by ensuring alignment
with established guidelines.
• Supports social media engagement efforts by monitoring brand mentions and assisting
with content scheduling.
• Assists with tracking and reporting key marketing performance metrics to evaluate the
effectiveness of campaigns.
• Follows established techniques, processes, and responsibilities, identifying areas of
opportunity for improvements.

Qualifications:

Education:
Related college degree preferred

Preferred Skills:
• Experience managing paid media campaigns with hands-on platform expertise
• Strong analytical skills and comfort working with data and performance metrics
• Understanding of full-funnel marketing (awareness, consideration, conversion)
• Experience with budget management and performance forecasting
• Familiarity with tracking, attribution, and reporting tools
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
• Clear communication skills and ability to explain performance to non-technical stakeholders


Skills Proficiency:

• Experience with e-commerce, lead generation, or app campaigns
• Familiarity with tools such as Google Tag Manager, Looker Studio, or third-party ad tech platforms
• Agency experience or experience managing multiple clients/accounts

Summary of Physical Requirements and Work Environment:

 

Pay Range / Salary: $27.94 - $34.71
