Job Overview:
The Analyst, Events & Experience is responsible for managing assigned hospitality and group event projects from planning through execution, applying professional event management principles to ensure operational excellence and exceptional guest experience. This role serves as the primary client liaison post-sale and independently oversees event logistics, analyzes outcomes, and recommends process improvements. The Analyst collaborates cross-functionally and contributes to the design and implementation of workflows that enhance efficiency and consistency across venues. This position plays a key role in supporting Saratoga’s ability to operate with a high level of independence while remaining aligned with broader, multi-venue event standards and initiatives. As the Experience Department continues to evolve, the Analyst will adapt to changing processes, systems, and responsibilities while maintaining a string focus on operational excellence and guest experience.

Summary of Physical Requirements and Work Environment:
Work is performed in both office and event venue environments. The role requires prolonged periods of sitting while working on a computer, as well as standing and walking during event setup and on-site execution, sometimes for extended periods. The position may require lifting light materials (e.g., event supplies or signage), frequent hand use for computer work, and the ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays during peak event periods.
Pay Range / Salary: $20.54 - $26.78
